Looking good. Awfully white for blues though even in heat they typically are greyish. What's your substrate?

Literally the Florida heat vibes dude. its been humid lately but then it stopped and got hot, and I forgot to mist them them so they dried up a little.
And GrOwer yeah I was using cardboard/and coffee ground, but used a small amount of coffee

Ya, even in Canada my blues are awfully.... grey? even whitish. unless I pick em real young or the get cool weather and direct sunlight.
too bad really. Pink Oysters are Pink, Yellow Oysters are Yellow, and Blue oysters are a total crapshoot.

You really gotta grow 'em cool with lots of light. I almost don't even think that's really a blue oyster culture, if it weren't for the slight hint of blue in the pins and the tendency toward "legginess" even with adequate air supply, which I assume they're getting.
Those harvest pics look exactly like pearls. Blues grown too warm will usually be more gray, not perfect white like that. Genetics vary so much though, and I'm only speaking from my personal experience with a couple cultures, so...
