Mini monotub with contaminated grain jars - any fix?

So Basically I prepared my mini monotub with coco coir and vermiculite, I oped the first two jars with wheat grain which had some yellow spots and smelled (they had no smell at all) . I thought everything was fine and I started pouring the jars over the spawn, on the third jar and fourth jar I didn't smelled them (I was wearing mask) but then I've noticed something was a little too wet and I smelled (they were really stinking like cider or vinegar). The problem was that I already had everything mixed so there was no way back. I mixed with the spawn and covered with more spawn.
Some questions:
1- If it was bacteria and smelling pretty badly, should I throw away or give a chance? (this is my first time doing this).
2- Is there anything I can do to improve the conditions for the mushroom to survive and kill this bacteria?
3- if not, I've heard that putting outside it would fix it, does this mean on regular soil or just take the monotub outside?
This is my first time growing / eating mushrooms, I'm scared of getting some sort of food poisoning :/
Thanks!!!

Bacterial contaminations arent that big of an issue mush will still grow. Ive had tubs get trich in em and placed em outside and they did fine. Even with contams the fruits are safe to eat

when you place them outside it means you just put the container outdoors, or you actually moved the mushrooms to a large garden with other plants?

1. Give it a chance, no reason not to. That smell you described is almost certainly bacteria. Bacterial contams can do as little as nothing in very small quantities. The presence of bacteria tends to induce early fruiting and small fruits. If too large an area has uncolonized bacterial spawn, it often gives way to trich quickly.
2. Not that I am aware of.
3. Different people do different things with contaminated subs, some put the tub outside, others bury them undersoil and see if mushies pop up. I would just take it outside if you think it's gonna trich out, otherwise keep it inside. Keep an eye out for eggy off white round spots that look like cauliflower on the surface. You can expect green within a day or two if you see that. Indoor conditions will likely be the most favorable for fruiting. Just get it outside if it's gonna sporulate, though personally I have had a good number of projects contam next to other things and had nothing happen. Colonized substrate is contam resistant.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

Oh Sorry I forgot to ask!
Can I use UV light to help decrease the chances for thrichoderma to come? Do I need gas exchange holes to be open in the initial steps for the mini monotub? I made 4 holes and used tape, the box is completly closed

AFAIK + IME UV does nothing to trich.
The holes should be taped during colonization. The lid gap should provide enough GE.
At full colonization, when you are ready to initiate fruiting, stuff the bottom holes very tightly and the top holes very loosely.
