Tub box air flow concerns

I built a wood frame and put plywood on top and side closest to door, it looks like a desk when light is off, there are four 66 at tubs inside with a dual 6500k florescent bulbs on 12/12. Is the ceiling fan going to provide adequate fae? I thought about putting a box fan on one end but that'd be too much airflow, I considered CPU fans drawing air out one side, space is limited. Will post pics tomorrow, guess it's just a waiting game to see how they fruit.

Hard to tell from the info you provided... is it against a wall? Corner of the room?

Nice set-up. All I have is a big storage tub with a mini-fan--the sort of fan that is described and sold as "personal" on Amazon.
