caps or stems

if i eat 3 grams does it matter if there caps or stemsor are they both the same or similar?

personaly i like stems just cus they r easyer to eat

but no it dosnt make a diffrence potancy wise

Caps and stems are yusually the same poteny levels according to Bigwood and beug and Beug and Bigwood, 1982.
I posted the paper here before so it is in the archives somewhere.
