When it doubt throw it out. Those other jars look almost ready to be birthed! That one patch does look a bit green, or is it blue? Typically when you have jars that are stalled or much much slower you have some sort of contamination.

Did you per chance use a different syringe? 10 days is very fast to be hitting full colonization on those other jars, given that germination itself can take longer than that (avg 7days?)
There looks to be some discoloration there, though I wouldn't automatically assume it's contamination. I can't really see well enough to say. It would be suprising to me if this supposed contaminant was thriving in the middle of the mushy mycellium. They tend to appear away from it. Also, some strains (real strains, not vendor strains) simply appear more gray than others.
Regardless, I'd let it run a bit longer. It should be fairly obvious in a few days. Just steam'm for 30+mins after that if you're paranoid about trich spores.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

The above inoculation point looks like a contamination. I would not spawn that one. Get rid of it

They look a little iffy. Why not just put them aside for a while and see what happens. If in the end you decide they are infected with mold, then take them outside and bury them in a shady spot with some compost. Keep the area moist for a few weeks and you may find some mushrooms there one day.

Looks like trich to me. Only the spores in trich are green so it makes sense to see its white mycelium around the outside of it. Toss them.
Your other ones look great though!

Ok so i waited one more day i and i checked all my jars and im sad to see that only 6 of my jars on my 12 are without contamination so far. im thinking of how i did my TEK and i think i should of grinded my verm to make it less coarse i think.
so these are the jars i see with contam. there is one jar that is almost fully colonized but it got that blue tint on the mycelium. and the other are blue spots.

It likely is your syringe or technique you use to inoculate. Contamination does not happen because you use different kinds of verm.

i know i cant be perfect on my PF TEK execution but i followed step by step the TEK and i got the spores from a sponsor. well i hope my other jars wont get contaminated, i will remove these jar restart a back with what i have left of spores in my syringe
edit: i know when i was burning my needle the first needle i used a butane torch to make it red hot. it ran out of gaz so i used a lighter after and the syringe would not go as red as when iused the torch. maybe thats what contaminated my jars, and i used water resistant medical tape and i inoculated trough the tape like an idiot and then realizing that i had to remove the tape after to let it breathe. i should have removed it before inoculating.

Inoculating through the tape is fine and it will breathe just fine through any sized hole you have on your jar.
Forget about all these non factors on your next grow and focus on CLEAN inoculate and a good procedure for inoculation. I use an attachment that fits on a can of butane for my syringe heating purposes.
