Habitat:
Found this in central Florida, growing in soil. No trees in the immediate vicinity.

Gills:
Yellow pores

Stem:
~3" length and 1" diameter. Yellow and red, with red dots on the bottom. Solid, and when cut off of the mushroom bled blue.

Cap:
4" diameter, smooth, pink/red, shallow cup shape.

Spore print color:
Olive

Bruising:
Immediate blue bruising on the pores only. No bruising anywhere else.

Other information:
Other than a faint earthy smell, I didn't notice anything. There were 4 of them close to each other, but not in a tight clump. They were all about 4" tall overall and 4-5" across. I believe they are Boletus, and I know from finding your forums today that they can be hard to distinguish between. I thought they were bicolor, but the immediate bruising seems to rule that out? Just saw these in the yard today and stumbled upon the community of mushroom enthusiasts, so, hopefully I did this right. Seems like a fascinating hobby. Thanks for the time!

It's a Bolete of some kind.  There are so many red and yellow, blue bruising species it seems.

I thought that at first, but don't they top out at about 5cm caps? These were 10-13cm.

Cool, thanks for the info!

Edit to add, I just read that xerocomellus rubellus is synonymous with Boletus rubellus, which, if they do grow to the right size, seems like a match to me on all counts. Thanks again!

Awesome. Thank you so much for the time and help! Until these showy mushrooms showed up I never paid much attention, but I might be getting addicted now. Wandered around a bit today and found 7 more types of mushrooms around my yard, and about another dozen or so Hortiboletus rubellus.
