I did an apprenticeship with this guy a long time ago. He was this pothead guy who was like a master electrician. He specialized in audio systems, mancaves, abnormal fixtures and shit like that he was really good at what he did. He was the worst perfectionist personality I ever seen but was young at heart and we had a lot in common otherwise, mostly talking mma between tasks, playing live stream ufc events while working and cracking electrical puns all day, shooting the shit, talking about life and our goals. He was cool and had a steady bit of work going, I liked working for him.
One day he tells me we are going to this multimillion dollar condo to rewire this guys bathroom who's like half blind and can't see well enough with his lights. So we ran to home depot, picked up some very strong spotlight grade bulbs, laughed thinking how we were probably destroying the last of the blind man's eyesight, and got over to the condo to start cutting out this guys ceiling. It was a chill job, easy enough. The house sitter there was this lady who was the owners secretary. She was housitting this dog though, this is the interesting part.
This dog was very, very small and old with a yoda like appearance and had a strangely advanced presence. It would sit in and seem to listen to our conversations. It stared at us with such a look of complete profundity that I began to feel ill at ease and wondered what it could possibly thinking about.
The secretary was convinced the dog was a human mind stuck in a dogs body. We couldnt disagree with the sentiment. It seemed to be able to understand what we were saying. It seemed to carry this incredible amount of existential pain. Its graveness reminded me of Nietzsche and while I found it funny at first, it became eerie after awhile and I was glad when we were done. I've never really known what to think of that

I spent many days and nights trying to figure that out. By the time I understood the answer, I no longer even remotely gave a shit or remembered what had brought me to the question in the first place. Such is the nature of such things

An 18 year old girl I had never met before made me stop at wallgreens to buy duster cans and took turns between smoking crack and inhaling the duster in my back seat.

One night I was getting on when my guy offered to shoot heroine with him and his gf in a toilet. I also declined his offer to buy meth and subsequently never saw him again.

I've sold heroin to a pregnant girl around 20-30 times. She was probably 19 or 20. The sad thing is I don't feel strongly about it one way or another, I was just doing what I had to to survive. Does that make me a bad person?

I don't think I can tell a true story. This is deeply philosophical. Firstly, define "true". I can tell you the same sequence of events in a hundred ways. Which of the stories is the true one?
