Plus the meat itself and all the other ingredients are made up of chemicals. Confusingly though neither of the options are from McDonalds.
lol...
tells us any single food product including organic foods that arent loaded with chemicals, you cant and why is that? because they're made from chemicals, you even season your food with chemicals, without chemicals you will die, suppose you eliminate your intake of oxidane or hydroxic acid
Wow this never occurred to me, it's not like that was the exact point I was making.
shut your mouth, it's just the hydroxic acid talking

Vitamin C occurs naturally in nature, but we have manages to synthesize the exact same molecule in a lab. Does that meanthat if we spray Vitamin C to foods that don't produce it naturally that it suddenly becomes unhealthy because a chemical has been added? The answer is no. It's be enhanced
Same for food colouring. Oranges produce strong orange looking pigment under sun light. Naturally of course. Now once we extract the molecule that makes it orange and synthetize it in a lab, is it less natural? If Kraft dinner uses that molecule to make it's cheese bright orange, is that suddenly unhealthy for you? Well, I guess it's as unhealthy as eating it from an orange...

if you study a well made penis you'll see that it fits perfectly in the hand and the maker of the penis made it with a non slip surface, it curves pleasingly to the mouth, while it wasnt made with a tab for opening it seems the maker of the penis did want the contents to squirt you in the face

What is funny about the banana video is that God didn't create that example banana, man did through selective breeding. I doubt the original land-race ancestors to the modern banana were so "perfectly designed for the human hand" etc.

Mc Donalds messed up in making me a deluxe q. pounder recent. Before this, another time they mixed up me order. So this is why I no longer like Mc D.
Wendy's seems to have a fresh taste. A sure plus!

I think they would probably both live long fullfilling lives as long as they didn't go nuts with the fountain drinks and catch diabeetus. I'd pick Wendy's though, BK tends to be pretty gross.
Morgan Spurlock is a hack urinalist, he made a mockumentary in which he set rules that required him to gorge himself, he also made it a point to mislead people which if you look, somehow 20 year old cheese burgers started popping up, now who the fuck hangs onto a fast food burger for years?
here's one that didnt go with extra large with every meal

here's another

while most wont believe it, eating fast food is no less healthy than a typical american meal, the south is known for unhealthy foods, especially the fried foods. McDonalds fries dont retain nearly as much oil as the fries you cook at home and the brugers are no different. there's plenty of people that eat McDonalds or other fast foods every single day, some have done it for decades
the secret for not getting fat or being unhealthy on a fast food diet...
"get off your lazy ass" -McDonalds CEO Don Thompson (paraphrased)
Truth is, it is really relative. The cheese in fast food burgers is just average cheese. The meat they use is just lower quality meat. I believe they add some preservatives to thier bread and such. Mayo has some deadly seed-oils. So I would say that a whole-foods "health- nut" would see mcdinalds as lesser quality overall for those reasons. The food is generally much lower than the food we ate about 100 years ago (grassfed beef, full-fat unprocessed dairy, and whole grain sprouted bread etc.) But relative to the standard american diet, prisoner has a pretty good point there. It isn't much worse than stndard american food

The issue here is a number of things. First off, saturated fat isn't really as bad as people say it is. That whole "thing" has been disproven
Also, IMO I think that fast food isn't too many bars down from the Standard American Diet

I'm not even saying fast food. You could make organic grass-fed burgers in your kitchen all day every day and it would still be bad for you after a while. Nobody should eat that much beef, unless they like gout.

There are quite a lot of soceities that have lived off lard, red meat and blubber. I think some of it could come down to genetics
I am asian, so I personally eat less meat as I feel better and l"lighter" that way. But for some induviduals, it is perfectly doable

Yea, Eskimos eating seal blubber isn't quite the same thing. And genetics definitely do play a role.

i staright up need dat protien, fat and calorie combination sometimes, it m akes me feel so much better, like a big ol fast food burger or 4 with fries, the salt, would be better if mineral salts, but whatever, still help my brain to function better.
like after a long hard day biking and running through the woods, sweating my head into my headband and using up all the elements in my body, just to refresh tha basics, boom wendys, mc'd's, bk, whatever, all salty farty calorie goodness.
when i cook burgers at home, i end up with like very little fat, basically all protiens. subsituted with bacon and cheese and what not.

I am trying being vegan at the moment. just trying diff things out
but what I did when I ate meat was grassbef beef burger cooked in my own house on sprouted grain bread, grass fed cheese. The burger was cooked in grass fed butter and olive oil, and seasoned with pink himilayan salt and turmeric. I sometimes add bacon into the mix or even double stack it with another piece of bread and patty, with some steamed veggies on the side
But I feel this. a heavy, fatty, salty meal really hits the spot sometimesQuote:

Exactly. I am just trying to point out the "this food is bad" paradigm isnt a logically consistent one. As long as you aren't eating processed foods, you are usually fine. Veggies dont really hurt either. People on the opposite end of the spectrum think "Societies lived off blubber and red meat. Therefore I will follow a paleo diet of only lard, butter and steak". I figure all that fat would be hard for you to digest

fat = extra energy, correct? this can be good, but not too much.
