This IS Trich, Right?

Hello! First time cultivator. inoculated some rye about a week ago and seeing great growth. One jar is confusing me.
It's powdery with rhizmorohic blobs, I know as soon as you see the fake white the green is soon to come, Typically in the next 24 hours but its been two days since I last shook that jar and no green, just more powdery white and blobs. Thoughts? Some other jars.

Those are some blurry pics. Lol. Some clearer ones would be nice if you don't mind.
The grains in the top picture don't look good to me. They look really dry and speckled with grey.. The white growth looks alright at this point.
The bottom three pictures look OK to me. That's some thick cottony growth. I'm guessing you were expecting stringy rhizomorphic growth, which is why you're concerned.
Clearer pictures will help or you can give it some time and you'll know for sure.

I've gotten that powdery white look before and it didn't cause any problems.I assume that's cube myc in there??
Because some wood lovers such as gyms, the Myc grows very thin and starts out "powdery" as you say, then thickens over time.
I would give it some more time myself. If you're realy worried though just incubate it separately from your other jars to avoid spreading contamz. BUT I think it looks fine for now.

I'm assuming this was a MS inoculation.
The first one looks suspicious. The rest are blurry but look ok. For now.

I'd say that first one is contam, but can't identify it so I can't say that for sure.
Other two look good.

How did you prep your grains? What's your gas exchange hole like? Did you shake after pressure cooking and before inoculation?

Rye/gyp sat in water overnight then steamed and pc'd 90 minutes. 1 hole punch hole, about 1/4". No and yes, didn't have to shake as grains were already loose when taken out

I don't see any trich at all . Picture one looks like a freshly shaken about 50% colonized jar, all though it does look dry, it shouldn't be with that size GE hole. Pictures 2 and 3 look fine as well, I'd give it some time and shake at 30-50%. I wouldn't worry.

Remember, pressure cooking doesn't sterilize, just gives your mycelium a head start against possible contams, and it's not advised to wait months before inoculation.

First looks like a yeast or bacterial infection. Assuming it's looked like that for more than 48 hours. Last ones are fine
