How long has the spawn been sitting?

That mycelium looks very healthy and aggressive.  The yellowing color is also a sign of the mycelium digestion of the grain.  It is perfectly natural and common for the discoloration and it does not always mean bacteria (in most cases it is).  I think in this case it is the natural digestion process.

Besides the first picture, bag all the way to the right.  Something is most likely inhabiting that spot that is not colonizing.  Make sure mycelium colonize that spot before spawning it, it is a sign of the generic contamination we call trich.

I strongly believe that is bacteria, and not the visual appearance of digestion.

Idk the thick white cottage cheese look in all of the bags, as well as the wet grains, that's pretty bacterial to me. Yellow definitely doesn't help. I've called jars looking way better than that bacterial.

The corners and bottom are especially bacterial looking.

I cant remember the thread where I once seen a guy who misplaces 11 quart jars.

the quart jar's where half way filled up with yellow metabolites because of digestion.

You guys are more than likely right.

Metabolites are a clear yellow liquid, not a thick off white/yellow opaque substance.

Hmm either a premature contamination, or a really crappie BE. That's my guess/experience
