Evaporation from the substrate/casing layer and polyfill questions..

From the moment one introduces fruiting conditions to mature fruits should the FAE increase?
I just cleared the top holes of polyfill..I originally had 1 stuffed with the other open but I still have condensation on the tubs walls...not on the lid though.
Here is a picture of the tub with 1 hole stuffed at top.
All bottom is stuffed tightly.
I appreciate all the help by the way and know I ask a ton of questions but I do search for them too, so I'll be willing to read any article you all have on this subject...
Thanks!

I've read that but I guess the wording confuses me/doesn't address my question.
I'll read over it again though.

what is your question exactly? I loosen poly after pinset is in and then somewhat more as they mature.

You just answered it.
You keep the holes up top covered with polyfill until you get pins..
Then as they mature you give more FAE.
I took the polyfill off of the top..completely due to me thinking that it would increase FAE which would increase the pinset...or so I thought.
Should I go ahead and plug the holes up?
I'm so confused on what gets the pins started. ..
What has more priority, FAE or humidity?

the balance of it. I balance on slightly more RH while waiting for pins. mushrooms give off moisture themselves so I bump up the FAE. day before harvest or so just go crazy. mushrooms love FAE, checkout outdoor cubes that's how they look with proper lights and infinite fae!
