2 days ago i forgot my LC outside during the day for like an hour when i touched the jars they were hot so i put them in the fridge after that i left a termometer at the same place and it showed 51•C assuming that the LC had heeted at like 45-50•C i checked that Mycelia dies at that t• . So can someone tell me any signs that could show if they are alive? When i shake the the clound easily disolves but later it gets back together and it dissent float but it doesn't sick on the bottom either its in the.same place where it was before.

Transfer some of the mycelium to a new LC solution and see if it grows.

transferring to another LC would only tell you if some THING was alive, not necessarily what u WANT to be alive.
test it on a plate or a BRF cake, or a really small BRF 1/4 jar or something.
even if u posted a pic, we couldn't tell u much dude

Those LC are old I had their air stoped I checked them before the accident there is no mold inside but I don't know about bacteria Yesterday I gave them air trough needles+polyfill I haven't noticed any growth yet I was asking if U coult tell me any signs which show that the mycelia is alive because its the same as it was before it just separates a lot easier but later its all fused together again.

Transferring air into the media vessel with a syringe through polyfil did nothing but deliver whatever contam spores that were present in the air you drew into the syringe right into the media. IF (and that's a big if by what you describe) your LC was clean before you put air into it? It's now contaminated.
