Dont know what else to say, found them in the woods in northern Wisconsin, i do not believe they contain the Psilocybin but you can never be too sure amirite?  Just beginning to ID mushrooms, so any tips would be helpful!

Don't have an ID but they sure as hell aren't active (no Psilocybin).
Tips:
Don't blind hunt, you can find the mushrooms that grow wild in your area here

Study those mushrooms and know what they look like and their lookalikes. Obviously if you find a suspicious specimen that isn't listed definitely check it out. Check for blueing, a mushroom will bruise blue, after, you guessed.. being bruised. Generally it will bruise around the spore & the stem, sometimes on the cap depending on specie. Never eat any wild mushroom even with positive ID and blueing. There are blueing mycenas that are poisonous. Definitely learn to take spore prints. Happy hunting

If for some reason you couldn't find them. I did a lil footwork for you, here are Wisconsin actives:

Gymnopilus sp.
Gymnopilus luteofolius
Gymnopilus luteus
Panaeolus cinctulus
Pholiotina smithii
Pluteus americanus
