ID help, multiple actives from PNW

So I am semi-veteran hunter of actives. I recently found two different patches and I am really confused as to what I have found........
Habitat: South west Washington state.
Found growing in fresh sod, probably 1-2 years old, in a new housing development. All growing from the front of peoples lawns.
Gills: Gills look black on all species, with some older specimens looking chocolate brown.
Stem: The stems are very short, maybe 1-2.5 inches on the mushrooms found at the college. Hollow stems.
The stems from the neighborhood were much longer maybe 4 inches, and darker/thicker.
Cap:
From the college specimen ONE has pale cap color, with the three rings making me think Pan. Cint. From the college specimen TWO the caps are VERY strange. they suck in like a deflated mushroom, making a egg shaped top.
From the houses caps are very dark brown from being wet, but also have the three rings like Pan. Cint.
Spore print color: OK now! Here is the crazy spot. From all specimens the spore print is black, but some are purple brown from the neighborhood.
Bruising: I checked every single mushroom, and every one bruises blue.
Other information:
First, these are from the neighborhood. Maybe a Bao in there? Pan cint?

These are from the school.

I have never hunted in the spring, and Pans, are new to me. I thought the mushrooms from the college and houses were pan. cints, but they are definitely different.

Looks like Panaeolus cinctulus and Panaeolopsis (last pic).
Wait for someone else though.

Also the two finds I think/thought are Pan Cints are different from one another.
