 Sterilization to Inoculation

Quick Question, Using a traditional Pf Tek, and jars with a simple tape job and foil on top. How long between my sterilization, not just cooling time, and my inoculation with the spore syringe, can i wait?
Im rolling hard all night and think it would be a perfect time to prepare my jars and sterilize them, but my spores wont arrive for another day or two. Can i safely store them that long?
If thats a definite no, can i prepare the BRF cake substrate with vermiculite and leave them sealed for up to two days without the steaming/ sterilization?
Any Clarification will help. Thanks guys.

You can leave jars for months and they'll still work so two days is nothing. I think it's a good idea to leave them upto a week just to make sure they're is no co tams before inoculating

Just wait. Doing work like this, especially if it's your first time, demand meticulous attention to detail. If you are "rolling" (I'm assuming that means MDMA) then just enjoy the ride and when your spores arrive, prep and sterilize your jars. Letting them sit, ,while not the end of the world, is never something that is recommended and there is no sense wasting your time for lack of patience.
Have fun with the E though....
