Found these little gems the other day... looking for a second opinion.

Hey y'all,
I have found this site very helpful and just now joined the site because I found these little gems the other day! Please bare with me as I am new to hunting and still learning how to properly desribe things.
I'm also going to go ahead and apologize for the crappy pics... I know good pics are critical but this was the best my phone would do sry.
Habitat: These Aminitas were found in the Cherokee National Forest in Domascus,Va. They were located along side the creeper trail... All were growing associated with evergreens. Have not found any on the mountain trails... Only in the valleys near the river.
Gills: White-cream colored, subcrowded-crowded, not attached to stipe.
Stem: The stem is white and has a ring from the anulus. It does not seem to taper in either direction. The base of the stipe is large, egg shaped, bulbus, and bears a distinct collar as well as the fuzzy concentric rings (which have been rubbed/rotted off some specimens)
Cap: Diameter is approx. 6", cap is yellow-dark yellow in the center and fades toward the edge to a very light yellow/cream color. Cap is covered in white vulval material , margin is slightly striate in fully mature specimen.
Spores: White-tan... Sry, I still need to buy a microscope
Soooo.... Wuddya think? Var. Guessowii?
Obtw! Is there a chemical test for ibotenic acid or muscimol? If not... Where might someone send a sample for testing?
As far as I can find online... They don't look like anything that will kill me like a destroying angel.
I'm an average psychedelic drug user but I have heard this is completely different. Therefore, I'm not about to scare myself into a bad trip by not being sure of what I'm ingesting.
Ya dig...

I don't like the looks of them. They are Amanita for sure, and that's why I don't like them. Muscaria hunters will be doing themselves a huge favor by only collecting red (preferable dark red) muscaria specimens; the other colored muscaria are too easy to mistake for the deadly poisonous varieties of Amanita. Amanita is not a genus that you want to play around with, I would not bet my life on a pale yellow Amanita vs a white to pale green Amanita. Even the red varieties can become sunfaded to an almost white color. Be very careful with this genus.

Thanks guys,
What about testing with a chemical reagent or sending out for analysis?
I have compared them to the "known" deadly mushrooms... As well as look-alikes for days now (on this site & wiki). I don't think they are anything alike. I doubt they are sunbleached because they were growing only in dark shade; at the base of medium sized evergreens, in a valley that might get 2 hrs of sunlight a day.
(The following is not directed toward any previous commenters.) If you are one of those people that had a bad Muscaria experience and just despise them... I understand... But please allow me to decide what I like... For myself.
If I could get them tested I would not only know what they are... But also, if they are "good" how much to eat based on the levels of chemicals.

I'm in that boat, had a lot of bad experiences (not bad trips, just uncomfortably nauseous pukefests) so I tend to warn people away from them, but A. muscaria is also one of my favorite mushrooms in the world. All of the Amanitas have a feminine beauty, they are so slender and perfect looking, but surprisingly strong and well formed. They truly are the queens of the mushroom kingdom in my opinion. I know plenty of people who have had glowing experiences with A. muscaria, one said that he had "never felt so much creative energy in his life", and spent the entire experience playing his guitar. Unfortunately all of the specimens that I sampled from within a 60+ mile radius of my home were only very mildly psychoactive, comparable to low doses of morning glory seeds, but with three times the nausea. Specimens from other regions are said to be much more potent.
Some people claim that you can tell how potent an A. muscaria is by the amount and depth of yellowed flesh beneath the skin of the cap. I'm not sure how true that is, but the A. muscaria from my area definitely don't have a lot of yellow flesh beneath the skin, not as much as other specimens I've seen anyways.

Yea, not the best pictures but they do look like they're in the A. gemmata group.

Gemmata's cap is too small... As well as is multisquamosa (which is the closest looking). My mature specimens cap is at least 5.5 - 6 inches in diameter and for the record... They are slightly more yellow than these pictures show. It an exposure issue. I also believe the largest one would have more warts if it didn't thunderstorm the night before

How did you prepare them? I hear drying the in the oven around 200° will covert the ibotenic acid to muscimol... Eliminating most of the sickness.
