 Is it too counterproductive injecting 4ml per half pint jar?

I make 8 inoculation holes and inject 1/2 ml in each hole. The jars colonized very fast (18 days) I'm gonna spawn the cakes tomorrow.
Genetically speaking, is it too counterproductive? The syringes were not dark, I used as little spores as possible.
Are my shrooms gonna be shitty and small as people say or is it just a myth?

That's WAY too much.
You can even get away with 2 inoculation holes...

The jars are already colonized, what could happen if I spawn them to a bulk? Is it as bad as people say?

Theres plenty of threads on spawning to bulk.Use the search engine.I personally think you should just fruit your cakes in a SGFC(Shot-gun fruiting chamber)And 4ml is quite alot for half pints.I normally use half a cc per hole but to each there own.

you'll be fine as long as they colonized you never know what youll get with ms anyways but more spores doesn't mean your project is fucked at all and what do you mean Quote:

if you spawn them to bulk correctly it will colonize and fruit just fine, i can't help you with that though i've never used a cake to spawn bulk but i hear use a cheese grater to break up your cakes for spawning good luck
