Fruiting a huge cake

I made a 6qt dub tub using this tek---> https://www.shroomology.org/topic/8670-6-quart-dub-tub-mist-and-fan-bulk-tek/
I don't know if it is the tek or simply the tubs I bought, but the design of the chamber does not work well for me at all. My sub wasn't hydrated very thoroughly either. My total first flush was about 2.5 grams dry.....
I've decided to build a sgfc and fruit cake from the tub in there instead. I bought a 64qt, 13.5" tall clear container that was originally going to be a monotub, but I figured I can use it for a sgfc instead.
There are pins literally COVERING this sub. I'm going to dunk and then place directly into fruiting conditions. How long should I dunk for? I've read from 4 hours to monotubs to 24 hours on a cake. I'm like right in the middle there with my 50/50 coir and verm cake that is 3.5" tall

that tek is horrible. I've seen so many people post it here the last month. the tek contaminates the grains the second they inoculate it
find a shroomery tek, frankhorrigan, spitballjedi, transcendinglife has everything you'll need to know between them.

Thanks for the replies, but my questions about dunking/fruiting remain unanswered.

Thanks spacechild! Yes it was originally a bulk sub. But I'm going to fruit it in a sgfc.

What is wrong with the tek that allows the grains to get contaminated the way you say they do? It would be good to have it pointed out.
