i don't think they're pluteus, if they're like the ones i found the other day (for the first time for me)

they feel like ... not good.  rubbery. slightly sticky. and they have some weight to them suprisingly.

my shots are still in my phone but maybe later i can do the needful.

i'm curious too.

gills were attached with the same weird texture as the cap. pretty widely spaced. skeeters were rad and i was looking for other things so i didn't spend a lot of time with it but they were growing from dead wood.
