Weird color. Safe to eat?

Hi guys.
I have this commercial kit that I already harvested twice and it is quite good. Now I put it on water for the third time and it got a strange color but shrooms are coming out looking healthy. Is it safe to eat or I throw it in the trash bin? Thoughts? http://i.imgur.com/lCnQjs8.jpg
Thanks in advance.
Edit: sorry, I'm not sure how to attach images like thumbnails.

The substrate looks like it has a bacterial infection/contamination to me. It does not look healthy at all, especially since the mycelium is blobbing so badly.
If I were you id pick all the mycelium blobs and fruits and throw that shit away.
Make a minitub, do some research, you will get way better results than using 'kits'.

To the trash it goes, then.
Btw, I would love to make my own cakes, I've read a little about it, but it's not possible for me at the moment. I buy kits because it allows me to have shrooms quickly for comsumption without having to invest much time or space in the hobby but in the future I'll go for it, for sure.

That kit is severely starved of fae. Looks both bacterial and infected with mycogone or something related. Those kits are FAR from ideal. It needs more holes poked in. They're not meant for noobies. You need to be able to rig the bag to make the mushrooms perfect. Otherwise stick with the teks here, because they are all dialed in perfectly for fae. Grow kits fae is a major concern. The pros here made chambers for us to use so we don't have to have it as a concern.
Besides it's like maybe a month until fruiting? That's pretty chill imo, and much more rewarding. You can get everything you need to start up for 30-50$. All you need is verm(10$), brf(10$), jars/containers(5-15$), perlite(10$) and a 66 qt tote(10$) with holes drilled on all 6 sides every 2 inches. (Drill with 1/4" bit or a red hot 1/4" nail for free)
