PS: you don't have a goddamn clue what "moral" means in this instance.
the culture you live in is not concerned with giving, nor i doubt could provide everyone with, a substantially healthy diet. people do not necessarily get fat from overeating, they get fat from product's that have no nutritional value, which has perverted your so highly acclaimed society already, so your gluttony/nihilism/hedonism argument is shit piled on top of shit.

Technically, this is what nature intended. Nature didn't intend for us to have to gather or hunt for food, it was just a fact of life. So that's how we were geared. What nature did intend for us to do is eat as much as we could, when we could. We needed to consume calories and pack on the pounds at any given opportunity because who the hell knew when we'd see food again.
You aren't entirely wrong though. The fact that we don't have to rely on hunting/gathering is what is causing the problem. Food is just far too accessible these days. Our bodies (and the brain that drives the impulses) are still set to the hunter/gatherer dial.

Being fat is (usually) a choice.
Being gay is (sometimes) a choice.
If you are born in a society where healthy food, good role models and good lifetsyle and nutrition is not possible/available, it is not as much of a choice to be fat. But generally, people could and can and should eat and live healthier but are lazy and gluttonous and thus become fat.
Some people are born gay, some people choose to be / live gay, and some people are born into families, cultures or societies where being gay or straight are encouraged or discouraged.

Its funny how the original thread title "fuck the morbidly obese people" really meant "have sex with morbidly obese people" and the new thread title "love the morbidly obese people " basically means the same thing.

Do you think that people who ate a really healthy diet of freshwater fish, game meat, vegetables and fruits, and who engaged in vigorous exercise for hours a day would be obese?
if not , obesity is a lifestyle choice for anyone with a modicum of economic empowerment.

The modern diet of pesticide intensive monoculture high fructose corn syrup heavily processed factory farmed meat and preservatives is far worse for the environment AND causes obesity.

yeah but that isn't the fault of obese people in general, and you're blaming them for these...facets of society, that really they don't control. that's my problem with your moral principle's, you blame the wrong people for tangential problem's in our culture.

i think alot of people can't afford healthy diets for starters, secondly obesity is like a ball rolling downhill, by time you realize you're rolling too fast, well its really hard to fix that. Thirdly, genetics, you keep acting like oh thats all they have to do, YET all you skinny people never had to fight that fight.
You act like you are skinny privleged, get off your high horse.
Im on atkins right now, im fat, no surprise, but do you honestly realize how quick i could put the lb's back on? I could litterally gain 20 lbs in a week, maybe 2, EASY.
in a month i could gain 60 lbs, EASY.
to lose 60 lbs, LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time bro.
Fat people didn't choose their diets, their culture and familys did it for them, they are born into a shitstorm and you are talking about perfect cercumstances.
fat people have it hard, alot harder than skinny people, period. then you shame them saying they are lazy, yah ok dude, let me know when u get back to reality. Of course atkins diet and exercise will help alot, of course, but you act like thats the only thing involved

I blame both the producers and the consumers. I blame both the people who do factory farming and the people who support factory farming with their consumer dollars. If enough people demand healthy and ethical and environmental methods, producers will have no choice but to provide them.

and yet that has never been the case because it's never been sustainable. of course thing's could change but it require's a change in the culture...which again, none of this solely falls on the shoulder's of obese people.

technically your wrong... Animals eat as much food as they can. eg dogs. Humans were hunter gathers you derp. Thats why its such a basic need.
But more to the point genes play a big part. Some people have to try really hard to not be fat while others can eat as much as they want but are protected by there genes. Fat parents also often ruin their poor children by setting them up with the own disgusting eating habits. Seeing a fat child being fed junk food by fat parents makes me die a little inside for that poor child. Knowing its going to live a horrible life because fat parents cant even protect their childrens from themselves

Tell me how a human being a hunter differs from an animal being a hunter. Only thing that makes us different from other animals in the gathering/scavenging aspect is that we don't feed on rotten corpses. Otherwise it's the same principal. The hunting is the exact same principle.
Just like animals we're programmed to eat when we can. Agriculture/husbandry is what changed everything. Other than famine (due to any number of causes) we pretty much had a reliable food source from that point on. We did not have that when we still relied on hunting/gathering.

Nvm, it says some people replied thtgehe thread title "love the morbidly obese people". Anyone who respknded to that thread is fucking delusional amd should make their own thread. I'm at work right now, so i don't have time to make much of a response right now, but i have a lot to say for the obese lovers.
