I think you're right. I'll just have to take some time to look it up for it's species.

I'll second the observation that your Echinopsis has split and you needn't worry. You may want to dust the split with cinammon just to be sure.
Damn I'm happy to hear that! I'm gonna back down from watering now and I need to dig up the roots from my Peruvianus graft that's rooted into the side of the same pot .
This cactus is one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE plants "I have no clue why" so I try to treat him right. I really wish I could get my hands on some pollen from anothers plant so I can pollinate some of the flowers next year and grow them from seed but it seems as if no one has any pollen from this particular plant
Your Cylindropuntia will have to grow a little bit with proper light before any attempt to name it is made. Right now it looks like the bits that fall to the ground and grow in the shade of a main bush, am I wrong?
It does look like it to me but the original plants came from my cousin and they were small plants so nothing a keen to a bush or anything like that. I'm sure over time it will bush out a bit though. This particular plant just looked cleaner than any other opuntiaoid I've seen anywhere else so I was expecting it to be a hybrid or something along those lines. I'll keep it growing and snap a few more pics next season
Thanks again for all of your help LSoares and I hope you're doing well up there in portugal

I don't have time to post all the pics I have uploaded but I did wanna post this one for LSoares to see.
Here's my Pupping Turbinicarpus pseudopectinatus. This is actually an old pic I took sometime last week. I believe it only has 3 pups in this picture but now it has 4 and I think another popping up

Also I have Absolutely No Clue where the damage to the Apical Meristem happened because I've babied this one like I do all my others. Maybe somehow it hurt it's self in some manner just growing or something

All it takes is a random bug pricking it, those meristems are tiny. And they may even die by themselves. Fortunately the seedling was big enough to have viable areoles it could pup from.
No worries, they're doing fine. I have a number of multi-headed plants that originate from apical-meristem-damaged seedlings.

Thank You LSoares for all your help
Here area few pics I meant to post ages ago but here they are now
My last Brussels Sprouts haul collected after 3 frosts for the more Gourmet flavor it gives them
This is my seed collection preparing for the winter and next season I had to send this to a member that wanted to do a seed trade so I figured it would fit here as well. I promise that each type of seed here have already or will be grown out next season "I'm not a hoarder".
My precious wild caught baby boy still alive "everyone said I couldn't do it" and happy in his daddies lap.
Here's an Australian hybrid Trich that I believe is dropping 3 of it's ribs leaving only 4 from what I can see.
My little boys in their eat shit spot for eating one of daddies Coffee arabica rooted cuttings
This is a somewhat mutated Dragonfruit plant I grew out from seed. It's fairly strange and slow growing so I can't wait to see what it looks like in a couple of years.
Here are just a few of my more recent grafts that I've taken pics of. I'll leave it up to you guys to guess which is which
These are the Sida cuttings I've been trading off in the MP before and after a well needed trimming. The elapsed time is about 4 or 5 days from cutting to new leaves emerging "pretty quick growing plants".
I'll cut it here for now. I hope you guys enjoy the pics. Their fairly old so I'll update here soon

Cats eat coffee plants? That's interesting. What do the leaves taste like?
I got some baby brussels forming. Do you trim off the big leaves? Was told by a London gardener to do that. Said keeps aphids from being so bad before the frosts and wind and rain hit. Even when they were there though they didn't seem to be damaging the plants much. I'd hose them off and see no sign they'd been there en masse. I left the leaves on the lower stalk but figuring the sprouts could use the light this time of year.
Some nice looking stock you got there cute little cactus pin cushion looking ones

Well I planted some cuttings I took that had rooted then I went into my grow room to take care of my bud plants that needed a watering.
I walked out and my cats were in tandem chewing on the larger cutting I had rooted. I don't think they ate anything on it other than the new root system.
When it comes to Brussels sprouts I wait for the plant to reach between 3 to 4ft tall then I trim all the side leaves back leaving only the top portion of the plant with it's leaves. This causes the plant to focus more of it's energy into plumping the sprouts up. Then when the plant gets as tall as I want it to be I trim the very tip growing point off and the sprouts all plump up pretty quickly

Yes my little baby is good as gold. He makes a mess daily and his piss often smells like a meth cook but I wouldn't change him for the world
Even though he's ALOT bigger than e used to be he still loves chilling in my shirt pocket for hours at a time and he holds in his bowels and all "surprisingly". Only his ass still fits in my pocket but he locks onto my chest with his paws and just looks up at me I'll often lay down on the couch and he'll nap in my pocket with his arms spread on my chest.
I think it's really cute

Hey spacey, you ever grow Broccoli?

This has me wondering if I would benefit from doing something similar to this the the broccoli I have going ATM. Just noticed the first little broccoli heads yesterday...

I've heard I can train them to potty in a litter box but that's pets I believe. My bunny is completely wild but ok with human contact. I might try this in the future though
I have some new pics I've uploaded I wanted to place here first so here they are. I hope you enjoy them and if you have any info on the soils and ferts please fill me in
Some new Fertilizer and soil I picked up for my next Bud grows to see how it all works. Does anyone have any experience with these ferts and soil?
Turbinicarpus pseudopectinatus grafts. these plants graft SUPER easily.
 Trbinicarpus frailensis graft.
 Ariocarpus retusus Graft.
I think these seeds were mislabeled since I can't find this plant anywhere but it's labeled as Turbinicarpus wauernigii.
New Stenocactus I received from a friend I made on here.
Some seed grown Trichs that I replanted because of Algea and slime mold that grew on the soil.
And finally here is a large fricii I grew and learned to love

I'm waiting on my state and the rest of the freakin country to get on board with the legalization of cannabis...
I'd love to try my hand at growing it again and enjoy smoking it again, but swore to myself I wouldn't do so until it was legal...
All this cannabis talk and pics is really making me impatient. Don't get me wrong though, I really enjoy looking at your pics and dreaming of the future though....

You know you don't live to far from me right? Why don't you swing by and toke up some of this good bud I have curing You know your welcomed.
I forgot to add this to the above post so I'll place it here.
this is one of my successful Copiapoa hypogaea grafts. It's a slow grower even grafted but I love watching them grow on a weekly basis
Maybe some of you guys can help me.
I'm having ALOT of trouble with grafted Peres loosing their leaves with yellowing and all. I've given them no ferts since the beginning of summer and they're nearly all in some pretty small pots because I really don't have many pots that are of better size for them.
What size pots do you guys keep your grafted peres in? I like to have them all in single pots making it easier to move them around and I want to keep the pots as small as I can without impeding on the growth of the scion or the leaves remaining on the plant.
Also what type of ferts are ideal for these grafts and to what degree are peres able to take in nutes without any burning or damage?
Would a replant along with a high phosphorus fert be ideal for these plants
