Ok guys I've been putting this off for awhile now but I guess now's a good time for a quick update.
First off here's a nice find I ran up on at walmart a couple weeks ago in the wealthy part of town
Here my pupping variegated Loph that I recently took a pup from to graft. I noticed after I took the pup that it was starting to rot so I did a very quick surgery and I believe I saved him. I went ahead and completely decapitated him today to make sure but he's drying very nicely now.
Here are 2 grafts I attempted with pups from my variegated lophs. The first is the pup I took from the loph above this picture and the second didn't take but it was from my mutated variegated loph. I saw today that the peres was pupping and dislodged the large yellow loph pup from it's stock so I regrafted it today and I'll keep you guys updated on it.
Here is my favorite loph graft because of the shape of the ribs and the other 2 pics are from an interestingly colored Trich graft I did awhile back. Does anyone know why this trich is soooooo different from all the others?
Here's a loph graft I did AWHILE ago that doesn't seem to be growing much at all other than spitting out a couple pups. I know it's variegated but you can't hardly see it from the pic here.
Here are some of the earlier pups I took from some of the more interesting looking Loph specimens I have atm. I've labeled them each from what exact Loph I took them from and they all seem to be growing very similar to the parent plant.
I love how sexy this loph is growing. It's the one that had the strange growth under the graft.
I thought I'd add this variegated Loph and trich graft mixture here for some reason too
I have TONS more pics to add later on when I get some family things worked out but I hope you guys enjoy what I added today

I feel like I am always shrooming out on here when you put up pics Great stuff as always!

This sort of reminds me of a graft I have but with much darker coloration's.

Mine has been getting a lot of sun and is darkening on all the aeroles, it is not super visible in the photo but it is getting pretty dark.
Is that graft more directly under a light then the others or something?

Also I found a wild baby buddy I'll post pics of that I'm trying to feed milk to and he's being very grumpy about it

Ok guys I think I'm ready for today's picture dump
Here are most of the grafted cacti in my greenhouse. I thought these pics were pretty and show my obsession for cacti
 My sweet trichocereus_werdermannianus
A few more random greenhouse cacti pics.
This is supposed to be a saguaro cactus. Can someone with knowledge on this subject specify whether it's a saguaro or if it's an Echinocactus grusonii "it looks a lot like one to me".
I love this variegated Opuntia I have but I cannot remember the name and it was a cutting my cousin gave me so I don't have it labeled
My Wooly Loph graft. It's not as wooly as it was before but I'm hoping it shows it's true colors soon. I probably shouldn't have grafted it to a trich seedling because of the slower growth
These are my Australian Trich Hybrids I received from a friend of mine on here that I won't name. I lost a few of them but so far the rest are growing beautifully
A side shot of my trichs and their new growth today.
Here are my Miracle Roma Tomatoes. They're determinate tomatoes and I planted them before nearly all my other plants and they're still flowering and producing tomatoes to this day. Is it something I might have done or is it a miracle indeterminate Roma tomato?
From Left to Right we have a small pic of the edge of my birdhouse gourd plant that had covered nearly the whole left side of my house. Second is one of my seed grown Pomegranate trees "I have 3 atm". And third is my fig tree.
I clipped back my butterfly weeds old growth and it bloomed again so late in the season but with smaller stalks. I love this flower nearly more than all the others
Here are just a few of my Passion fruit bunched together.
The first pic is of some Gold Medal tomatoes and the other 2 are some Big Reds so late in the season. Everyone around here have had a horrible tomato season but I have tons to spare for some reason.
Here are some pics of a few of my Klip Dagga plants the third pic is a picture of my hand raised as high as I could reach "Also I'm 5 '11'so they are TALL".
Here are a few pics I posted in the bugs on plants thread but I thought thed fit in here as well. They're all Walking stick and the others
And finally here is a baby bunny I caught today running around with my bare hands. He's soooo sweet but sooooo young that I'm having to feed him milk with a syringe.
In these pictures you'll see a gray and black striped cat a black cat and my bunny "y black cat is already named ziggy but the other kitten and bunny need one badly". The gray cat I named Emma when I got it "found it running up the street about 5 days ago and I had to take him home " but I just realized today that it is a male so it has no name atm as well as the bunny.
I was thinking about naming the bunny Thumper "after he rabbit in Bambi" But I was hoping you guys could look at the grey cat and the bunny and tell me what you would name them.
The grey cat is very sweet but full of energy too so it seemed to make a mess everywhere it goes "if that helps you with coming up with a name it" but the Baby Bunny is soo sweet and calm so I wanna give it a sweet name.
Post any name ideas you have and I'll let you know which one I choose if there are any that interest me
I hope the pics I took today are as interesting to you as the events were to me

Great pics I enjoyed looking through your cactus collection! Some nice grafts you have, nice plants in general. That fig tree is beautiful.
Super cute bunny and cats too, thanks for sharing!

I like thumper for the bunny, probably around what I would have come up with anyways
That cat kinda looks like a Floyd maybe, I love Pink Floyd though
Nothing is really coming to mind, that cat is so cute I just want to stare at it and not think

Ill give your cats 3 days with the rabbit before my assumption is tht the rabbit becomes cat food , I'm just kidding. Your rabbit is a microdot that doesn't look very old , I wonder how big it will grow to become in a few months. Id push for a fat ass rabbit so you can name him exactly what he is . fat ass , that wouldn't be nice but it would make the most sense.
My friends started calling me Salamander Shoelace because I'm smooth and make them trip , so that name is taken. I beleive you should start over and name your rabbit the "chicken" because it was the chicken who delivered the eggs on Easter. Without the chicken you wouldn't get any wodger wabbits because rabbits don't poop eggs, they poop living chickens. Chickens were the OG wabbits . The government fried your brain with that egg lol. now we all call "chickens" --"rabbits" when all a long we've been frying omllettes with rabbit eggs. Rabbits have wings , chickens don't.
You've got the first real chicken , I mean a shitskin idk I'm high and need to type homework before I get erased from the class.
Quick question spaceman , what would you do if you didnt have a lid for your monotub , just most more often ? Or would I need to cover a plastic bag ver the top ?

Damn JayZ I really hope we get to hang out some day, I figure you are an interesting guy to chill with
I'm still thinking about a name for both the kitten and the rabbit so all suggestions will be considered
When it comes to monos with out a top I would use some clear plastic like seran wrap or something similar. You probably could make it work with steady misting but I would prefer having a top.
BTW I'm planning to start some serious edible grows this fall-winter so be on the look out for me to post pics. I'm also planning to inoculate some jars with the infamous Boner Cloner if I can make it to meet up with my buddy next month who has it.

What. The. F***?!?! This right here had me literally laughing for about a minute straight.... I find it hard to argue with the logic.
I vote you name the rabbit either 'chicken', or like ML said, name it 'Floyd'. I'm trying to remember the name of one of the rabbits I used to have, it was a really good rabbit name, I just can't remember it. I used to breed them.
FYI, your little bun there looks to be at least a couple weeks old. It's probably actually about ready to start eating some real food... Might be why he/she is giving you such a fit over milk... Just try throwing something in with him/her to eat and see if it will eat any. Also, if you plan on keeping it, remember that rabbits can actually drink water out of a bowl or something if it's available. It doesn't have to be one of those bottles with a metal straw. Just be aware that any bowl not heavy enough to resist will be tipped over before too long.
Spacey, have you sampled any of your passionfruit yet? I found a neat recipe for passionfruit jelly I think I am going to try with some of mine.

Ok guys it's that time of the week again. Time to update with some new pics I uploaded yesterday. Feel free to let me know what you think and I hope you all enjoy
Here's an update on my favorite Loph. It's growth is just so strange IMO. I'm guessing it's a fricii but I was wondering what you guys think?
Here's another Loph graft I have that is growing well and with a beautiful blue color that rivals all my others.
Here are some grafts that I've recently attempted. so far I can see 1 isn't going to take "the very last one" but all the others are looking good atm.
I just wanted to add these pics of my peres box that I place all my cuttings in to root. I then place them in my grafting container for about 2-3 weeks and they grow thicker in there I guess because the light is stronger in my grafting container.
Here are some pics of the Sida cordifolia cuttings I've taken in preparation to trade them off in the community. I'm sorry guys but I've been WAY to busy to get these off or really even work out proper trades for them atm but soon when things calm down I'll start a trade thread in the MP in preparation to add more plants to next years grows.
Also here is a pic of my thickest peres atm that I'm planning to graft today. I'm thinking the scion is going to have to be fairly high up on the peres because of where the Ideal sappy area on the peres is "the top 3 in". I've never tried to graft to the darker areas of the peres before but it might be worth a shot at some point.
And finally my Graft Guardians watching over my container and keeping it safe. After I got done snapping pics of the grafts I got enthralled by snapping pics of these lil angels. The kitten just seems to want to hold Ziggys hand

Damn man,you have so many plants! The all look fantastic! You'll probably have to buy a lot more lighting for them when it comes time to bring it all in for the winter,no?
Your little Kitten is growing really fast bro,and it seems like he's fitting in nicely in his new surroundings
