Hahahaha oh my. You'll just raise concentration of trich spores in your HOME. Not floor. Yeah that's right. All over your home. I bet if you left a floor untouched it'd get COVERED in dust. That's how much air moves around the house. That's why working in open air sucks dick. No such thing as completely still air in open air. Seriously. Just throw it outside and make more. It's not like outdoors is the end of all your projects.
I got massive guys from outside in my contamination pile to pick right now, and I live in a zone 2 hardiness zone. Think about that one for a while haha

Az, I did not take your advice either and had to find out the hard way. Some people are just hard headed, like me.

Heh, sounds logical but there are also yeasts that grow naturally on your skin. I'm willing to bed you had your skin with you during the inoculation and not your bread making supplies.

It's quite possible that it came from my skin or something else that I had touched and forgot to disinfect. But, taking into consideration that I always take a shower and put on a clean tyvek suit as part of my sterile preperation lead me to believe that it was from a foreign source and not from myself. I never encountered a yeast problem until I began bread baking for the first time after getting into mycology. Bread baking was put on hault because I dove so far into mycology that I had no extra time on my hands for another hobby. After that one incident, I completely stopped bread baking again and haven't encountered that contamination since( just an observation). I am not saying that I stopped baking because of the yeast problem. I just haven't found the time to get back into it again.
The main point of my original statement though was more about me screwing up my sterile procedure than it was bread baking. I just included the bread baking part because it may have increased my spore load at that particular time and may have been part of the equation. I did not mean for it to sound like it was the entire equation. Sorry for any misunderstanding. I don't want to contribute to spreading false information.

Yes. I watched it a couple of times. The video was very pixelated but from what I can see, you have a very nice set up going on down there.
