Are these Golden Teachers ok to eat ?

Hey guys,
I'm completely new to growing muschrooms and just wanted to ask if these muschrooms are ok to eat ?
Link : http://flisker.rajce.idnes.cz/Muschrooms
I picked them yesterday morning and kept them in fridge till now. (They look kind of greeny on some places I'm not sure if it's ok)
Also should I cut the bottom end of schroom off ?
Thanks a lot for any input.

They look good to me, just a bit of bruising where they were handled, no big deal. They should be safe to eat since you stored them in the fridge.

Thanks a lot for input, but they look absolutely terrible when I cut them.
Is it really ok I meant shouldn't they look white when cut ? (I did pick the other schrooms and cut each to few pieces)

If you're referring to the blue thats just bruising. Nothing to worry about..

I refrigerated just two big ones, others were picked a moment ago.
I just don't know, should they look like this ? Because as far as I remember normal muschrooms do not.

Completely normal, just oxidation of the active chemicals where it was cut from the surface. I always lightly twist and turn the fruits until they pop out from the surface, can't let any of the good stuff go to waste!

Put them in your face hole ASAP. Otherwise you need to dry them immediately.

A food dehydrator is best, worth the investment IMO
