Mycelium colonizing trash bag liner! Should I be worried? [PICS] [Monotub]

I spawned to bulk on 7/6/15. 6 days later I have mycelium creeping up on the trash bag liner.
I have plans to case this, so should I cut the mycelium off, or just leave it be and throw the casing layer on just like I would have? Would this be a contamination vector?
Other than that, how does it look for only being 6 days in?

Looks like it needs FAE to pin. Why do you want to case it?

Well I was going to apply a "late" casing right after introducing it to fruiting conditions (FAE) so that it has a microclimate to promote lots of pins and hopefully the casing will provide a more even pinset.
I've never read that a casing could be bad..and what I have doesn't need a casing, I just thought it would be beneficial.
I purchased an ounce of pasteurized casing consisting of peat moss, vermiculite and a little gypsum.
What would you all do? I love the responses but at the same time I'm new and this is my first grow ever so I'll soak in as much possible from you all.
Thanks!

case and fruit right now, check the surface without the lid on first especially if you have anything but coir+verm in there.

It has only been 6 days though, should I be worried about uncolonized spots that I cannot see?
Also I am confused when you said this "check the surface without the lid on first especially if you have anything but coir+verm in there."
If I check it and there is mycelium popping up a little what can I do? Or should I just case it ALL the way up to the TOP OF the trash liner?
Thanks for the response
Edit: Also, the surface only seems around 90% colonized and it isn't thick like I've seen some others on here...but that can also be from it being MS, weak "genetics"..

I wouldn't worry about spots you cant see. the surface looks covered in white to me. case around 1/4" thick. if you got peat in there I wouldn't do under 1/2" at least. It can be hard to measure, just do your best to cover all the myc with a thin layer

Thank you! I will take pictures once I do and post them. Just have to go to WallyWorld first to pick up some polyfill (should have already had some but I'm a n00b, spare me )
