Just wondering for how long can I have my tea (fresh shrooms)in the fridge without any potency lose?

I'd be more concerned about mold than potency loss. I'd say 10 days. Anything longer, make ice cubes then use the ice cubes with a glass if water

Yeah definitely. It will go moldy fast. Freeze it if you plan on saving it. You can also just put it in empty water bottles to freeze rather than ice cubes, leave some room in the bottles because it will expand when it freezes.

your tea will rot before it loses its potency.

I wouldnt wait more than a week with it sitting in the fridge, after that, it will likely taste rotten.
