I recently planted various lophophora seeds
If like to know when can I remove them from their humidity container and leave them in a shaded , but bright area.

Bout 2-6 months depending on the seedlings and the conditions you wish to plant them in.

my loph seedlings were planted two years ago. bad luck and only 3 survived. 2 years later, the largest one is 2mm. I took them out of humidity too early. They stay alive, but do not grow. I put them outside a few days ago, will see what happens.

2mm for 2 year seedlings? Man, either graft them or toss them, they're taking up space and dedication that you could put to much better use elsewhere. I'm not being insensitive here, just being realistic.

yea, it became more of a ... "how long can these stay tiny"
They are actually showing growth now they are outdoors.

I understand, believe me. You grow strangely attached to them and it's hard to let them go. Still, if you can spare the space it won't hurt to see where (and if) they're going.

I have a baby tricho, that is like that. It got damage to it as it shed its seed coat, and hasn't developed more than about 3 MM total, in the last year. It just sits on the soil mix I have it in.. in a nursery cup. I cling to the hope, that maybe It will magically recover some day, but for now, it sits at the edge of a windowsill, in Intensive care.

They are in a single mouthwash cup. It doesn't take any space away from anything.
2 of them stayed red and almost invisible for the whole time. I finally noticed and started giving them shade. They grew out of sunburn, but then stayed tiny. I put them outside I think 3-4 days ago now, and they are showing a little development.
