I know that it's stressed over and over here but "Set and Setting" are very important...more even than the dosage sometimes. I always make sure that I'm well rested before dosing and will call it off if my mind isn't in a good place to start. These enthogens can rape you and will ...if not given the respect they deserve.

Yeah, I recommend just lying in bed and listening to music when on mushrooms. Being out in the world can lead to a feeling of being overwhelmed, menaced and generally anxious. You want a safe cocoon and soothing sounds to allow you to travel inward and reach a state of transcendent ecstasy. I've recently started listening to hindustani classical music (Ragas) while tripping and have found that they set a very soothing, positive and spiritual mood.
Once you've recovered from this trip, learn to respect the mushrooms and treat them as a meditation guide and spiritual aid, not a party drug, do them when you have the time and space to just lie down in a quiet, dark room and have a playlist of soothing, inspiring music, get your set and setting right and you will probably enjoy the experience and gain more positive insights.

It sounds like the trip brought up a lot of things for you but overall if you learn from it then you'll be better off for it
Try not to overthink things and begin to implement the changes like living a cleaner life etc... really there aren't bad trips just times where you have face certain things about yourself so it's not very fun or enjoyable, if you try to escape facing these things with distractions then it will linger so the sooner you face up to those things to quicker you'll be able to move on
Feel free to PM me anytime

If I ever do trip again and say it's 1.5-2 grams on mushrooms and my experience is great how would that change everything?

Mushrooms are weird, if you have a bad trip they'll show you that the universe is chaotic, meaningless, cruel and that your brain is just a computer running a program in a meat puppet and leave you feeling empty, depressed and disconnected from the reality you heretofore had believed in 100% and now see is illusion.
Then, you can have a good trip, where you see that the universe is random, chaotic, meaningless and indifferent and that your brain is just a program running in a monkey body and yet you connect to the part of the universe that is sentient, realize that you are a manifestation of consciousness in the universe, connect with the totality and feel an all encompassing orgasmic bliss and joy to be alive, embrace the cosmic joke and come to terms with it.
The only difference is that in the bad trip, you are fighting the truth, you are trying to hang on to your illusions and are threatened by what the mushrooms show you, in the good trip you accept the message, embrace it and try to live it. You feel yourself dying and instead of fighting to stay alive you walk straight into the fire, destroy your ego and are born again more free and happy with your situation because you have learned to stop fearing death, and in so doing stopped fearing life as well.
You don't need to take a smaller dose, you need to take the same dose in a better set and setting and stop fighting the message, accept it and learn to submit humbly to the experience. Again, wait til you've recovered from this before you even consider going back into the ether. Some people just can't handle reality and need their illusions, psychedelics aren't for them.
Mushrooms will teach you to conquer your fear. If you don't want to conquer your fear, then don't take them. Study up on cognitive science and the mechanism of psilocybin, knowing how it effects your brain from a scientific, clinical standpoint can help you prepare and navigate the subjective experience.
