Identification please

Habitat:I found them growing on a pile of mulch at my house.

Gills:
The gills are a light brown

Stem:
The stems vary in color from a light brown to a darker brown.

Cap:
The cap is smooth light brown with a darker brown ring on the edges

Spore print color:
the spore print is black

Bruising:
Haven't noticed anything

Other information:
nothing

Looks like either Panaeolus cinctulus or Panaeolus foenisecii to me :shrug:

let one of the caps print for a while longer so it's clearer. I cant see if it's Black or Dark brown..

I'm leaning towards P. cinctulus though.
