BRF Casings... Inoculation.... Anyone done?
    #21917377 - 07/08/15 10:44 PM (8 years, 6 months ago)

So I Have been doing BRF cakes at the crib, not the most sanitary. and I just clean my bathroom and inoculate some BRF sterilized jars. 12/12 , no contam. The piece of BRF fully colonized cake I used to inoculate another BRF  jar is fruiting in the jar(which is completely conceivable b/c its only fruiting out of the inoculation piece I shoved into it.., Which I didn't witness anywhere just tried it) so im going to just put them in a Martha Stewart cabinet as cakes so they will be more stable in my environment. - These are them in the jars.

My questions is has anyone cased Brf cakes? And I have asked this question before and some said, "Your better off just keeping them cakes." Which is what my intentions are.
but...
has any one caed BRF cakes?

And what is the most durable medium( I think that's the correct term) ?  IE- Wile Brd SD
? ect...

Thanks fro the input.

A mod will have to move this,

2) This forum is for the discussion of advanced techniques and experimental procedures. This forum is NOT a support forum, for problems with your grows. Any posts regarding how to use a pressure cooker, your PF Cakes, a species which has been cultivated ad nauseam, grain ratios, contaminated grows, how to prepare dung, or anything else which has been covered in the forum, etc... will be moved immediately upon review - so please, do not waste the resources, time, or bandwidth of the shroomery.

Gotta read the rules bud, this belongs in the mushroom cultivation forum.

Type in "PF tek casing" "cakes casing" "in vitro pinning" to the search engine.

Then read up on the general cultivation information on the homepage.
