I'll be there for sure Saturday. But I'm still trying to see if I'll be able to camp for the night or not. Anybody else going? It would be cool to meet up with some other shroomery members down there.

I always though Oregon was it, but recently people have been telling me bad things.
I don't know if its because it's so nice they don't want people moving there or what. They say it's 2/3rd's desert, high crime rate with a lot of hard drug use and low employment.
I heard depression is pretty big there because they don't get enough sun (vit.D) etc...

Idk about you but I wouldn't be depressed at all if I was waking up to this every morning

There are a shit load of people there though, that's the downside. You really have to go far out there to escape everyone

My mom is camping the fair, she has already been staying out there. Pre fair is the best part if you ask me.
Shit is so packed now I can't handle it.
So I am taking this year off.

Not minding that time's passing by I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

Yeh, I think people were exaggerating the bad a bit so more people wouldn't be tempted to transplant there.

It's mostly garbage/cattle strewn desert with a few forests on the west side and a trash and trailer park ridden coastline. Everyone's better off staying where they were born. In Oregon you're expected to know how to drive fast on very curvy highways. If you can't do that and don't like being pushed off the road, then stay the fuck out! There is no tourism industry and we don't want your money!
Oh yeah, going to the fair! Got nobody to camp with though so I might just go Friday.

Thursday and sunday night were always my favorite, because they are more mellow.

Had a blast there on the 4th of July but the public hours are only fun if you are astronomically high. I'm talking hanging on to the grass because it's your last shred of reality high. I prefer to camp at other campgrounds because you can vend/sell pretty liberally. Anyone here camping at Darling's?

I heard that's the place to be for after hours. But isn't it for members only or something like that? I'm gonna see if I can camp Friday at one of the nearby campgrounds. Darling's is my first choice if they'll let me buy a ticket in.
