I'm taking it but I'm also taking a stack consisting of many other supplements that are suppose to help with mental wellness. So I'm not quite sure if it's actually doing anything.

Been taking it for a few months. It is subtle but the effects are there. It became obvious to me after taking psychedelics and stimulants while on it, it definitely alters the effects of some recreational drugs. And the increased skin photosensitivity is also noticeable.

If I feel down and no energy I take a couple caps and it works within an hour or two. Its good stuff and the govt must not know about it because its legal.

Tried it alone for over a year and didn't feel any different. (Dried in capsules, tincture, tea)
Stayed on it when I started taking antidepressants, developed serotonin syndrome.
Be careful with cross interactions.

I took it when I was younger. I noticed color enhancement and some feelings like dizziness or vertigo, but less visceral. I also listened to some lady talk to me about Alcoholics Anonymous for hours, so I think it made me more sociable. I don't normally like to listen to people's bullshit like that.

I've tried it a couple times for about a month or so... Stopped both times because the only effect I noticed was a sensitivity to bright light.
