Odd looking orange mycelium on brf cake

Ok this is the second cake that went into the sgfc looking like white perfection, yet came out looking like this after a flush. The first one got tossed, chalked it up to contam that went unnoticed during dunk n roll. The fruit from the first cake have been consumed and were fine so I'm a bit confused.
I looked thru the contam forum pics several times but can't seem to find any record of this. Anybody know or seen this before?
Im thinking very dry myceium? The dark spots are just deep bluing of the myceium. It looks much worse in the pic than irl to be honest. There are 4 strains fruiting at the same time so I'm not sure which this is from, sorry.
It seems as though the normally clear "jelly" like ryzo "fingers" have turned orange.
Thanks guys n gals

That my friend is bacteria. Fails to thrive in high fae environments and no still water. Bruising is from being stressed. Dark spot is worrying af tho.
What is the fruiting chamber?

The fruiting chamber is your basic sgfc with holes drilled on all sides spaced evenly about 1.5" apart. Filled with saturated perlite to about 4" deep. The bins are elevated a few inches as well. The sgfc gets misted 2x per day 12 hrs apart, and fanned every few hours, generally every 4 hrs. Lighting is as 12/12 using natural light.
I find the moisture on the sides of my bins completely evaporates, on average after about 10 hrs.
Here'a pic of the bin that I had taken earlier

Well your setup is good. Your cake on the other hand is getting bacterial and tbh it's just a matter of time before it gets moldy. You might be able to push out a couple more mushrooms, but at this point those current cakes look like the best contenders.

I figured it had to be some sort on contam, I threw out the cake in question, just not worth risking my other cakes. I have a feeling that cake my have seen its birthday a bit too soon. I have 2 bins and many, many cakes on the go so not gonna sweat the small stuff. Just need to learn and get schooled on all the diff types of contams for future reference and so maybe I can help others eventually.
Thanks for the help Mad Season, really appreciated. And thanks, I'm very happy my setup got a thumbs up
