It could be it, but it looks like sick, yo should transplant it, get a properly prepared sandy soil, to drain water excess, you sholud cut any rooten part, let it dry for a week and transplan it again...im just guessing...i have little experience... hope.

I'm not an expert but the ribs seem to thin to be San Pedro. And the spines look a little to big. But I'm basing this off my San Pedro looks, not research so I'm not 100℅ sure.

-------------------- Don't worry about me, I've got all that I need. And I'm singing my song to the sky You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

it looks like it, but i agree that it is sick, take care of it... get a sandy soil...after it recovers you will be able to identify it in a better way, but it looks like it to me...it is just a little pale and skinny but it will get better with you care.

Here is a link from a peruvian guy, he es great with plants...
he uses a mix of 2 part of sand, 1 part of black earth and 1 part of moss or you can replace the moss with rice husk..it works well for me.. and also he recomends that the earth doesn,t have to be too wet...he sais that the cactus be dry rather than wet, although the water is necesary, he recomends watering once a week..but it could change ..it depends of the climate where you live....once it stars healing..maybe it has some kind of infection...and it also get skinny because of the lack of water....remember not to over wet...
visit siempreverde channel on youtube....he is called maestro imperfecto....serach for cactus.
