Bit confused by the different colours and shapes but I believe they are all the same kind.
Habitat: Grass areas with Kangaroo droppings, light bush
Gills: gill colour varies from dark brown to whitish
Stem: very thin and long, whitish in some, darker in oothers
Cap: smaller ones are light brown and bigger ones range from dark brown to light grey (see picture on tray)
Spore print color: Dark brown
Bruising: Bruised area goes darker
Drying: after drying in the oven at low heat, the colour changed to dark brown, apart from a few caps that were whitish before, who stayed lighter
Location: Western Australia

Hm, so are they active? The person sharing the location had actives from that location who looked exactly like this and were quite strong.

Personally I don't think these resemble Galerina at all

If they are Panaeolus foenisecii then no they are not active.
Actives that look just like this and are quite strong is interesting though... The only actives i know of that look largely similar to those are Panaeolus cinctulus which are notoriously weak..
Anyway, whatever they are just wait for a Trusted Identifier to confirm them before you eat any. Good luck!

Look like the 500 or so mushrooms fruiting on our property here in western MI. I was told they are Foenisecii when a friend of mine madE an ID request on them. They do seem to favor our Pan Cinc spots frequently though, but then again there isn't much grass of the world that Foes don't. Pan Cinc's have a thicker more sturdy stem than those you're showing. Also if you ever find similar looking but dark gilled with black prints Pan Olivaceus is a possibility and is often overlooked or dismissed as Foes. Good luck with future hunts.
Edit:http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21912045 check schloomer's pics out in this thread. Cinc's should have thick stems like his show.

They have had what they love most taken from them, be it freedom, love, money, or anything for that matter. When you lose your greatest love you also lose your greatest fear, when that happens you are completely and utterly free.
