Panaeolus cinctulus? Need T.I

found in a horse field growing from poop and in a big moist pile of hay and poop mixed together in the shade next to the field in Connecticut. there are a lot more. waiting on spore print but I'm pretty much certain these are subs. some of the othes darkened on the walk home. caps have blackish gray gillsand stems started off a lighter color and darkened also.

I don't see any mushroom photos in your post or gallery, but I do see some black spore prints:
