How long between each jar for you?
    #21906016 - 07/06/15 04:42 PM (8 years, 6 months ago)

Had  half the jars of my Ganoderma con tam. But the other half colonized very quickly. Did an emergency g2g just yesterday and the mycelium in these jars is fast. However, I have 3.5 jars sitting that will be 100% in a day or two and these newbies will take about 8 days, maybe less.  I've read some threads on this saying they have let  qt jars sit at 100%.

Does anybody have this issue? of waiting a week or 10 days before jars are each at 100?

When I grow ganoderma and I have jars I want to catch up to the rest say I inoculated them a few days after the first set. I put the jars that are at 100% in the fridge. actually I'll put them in the fridge when they're at about 90% and they finish up. Reishi goes so fast in a quart grain jar that I don't shake them usually. if you let them sit at 100% you'll have to use a spoon to get it out and I don't like popping open rye grains with a spoon trying to get the contents out so I try to avoid that.

ok thanks. I may have to keep them in the fridge for 3-5 days while the others catch up. Don't wanna use a spoon.
