And be honest. Don't say you were poor because growing up rich isn't cool.
We were middle class.
We were the core.

I lived with my mother and sister, we were middle class but our mother was very very greedy, she would hardly even buy us new shoes or clothes, and complain when she did. She was a bitch at that time, we ate low quality food because thats all she supplied us with. Alot of my childhood was growing up with my cousins staying at their house most of the day, low-middle class.
25% of the time I lived with my Dad, and he was so poor he had to often get boxes of food from the food supply of the city (idk what u call that).
Ive been in some poor/rough situations, but we always made it through, it could have been alot worse.
Now? Got a family business going, middle class, future? Possibly Rich nigas.
Started from the bottom

Rich but my dad went full retard with his money. He spent millions on clothes and art...2 things that become absolutely worthless the second you buy them.
I didn't really reap the benefits of growing up with a rich parent. I got a car at 16 and went on a few vacations, but obviously he was the one with millions in his bank account.
He loved the power of having money. Other kids with rich dad's would get $20 a day or have some money in their pocket. I'd have to wait until he was around and beg (well, ask) for $5 to go to McDonald's. God forbid he give me $50 a week for spending and food money. No, I have to come beg like a dog for $5 to go eat fast food.
Anyways, he was such a moron with his millions he ended up slowly going broke over the course of 15 or so years. He had maybe 1.2 million in a trust fund that dwindling down to about 600K during the start of the Great Recession. He yanked it out and started investing money into scams. For example, he gave some dude on Craigslist $60,000 to be a ¨business partner" in some nursing home with the promise of getting $6,000 a month income. Such a retard. The guy he gave the money to drove a beat up van. Robbed blind.
He thought the scams that go to your email were real and invested thousands in everything that came to him.
He should have easily had $10 million just by doing some basic low risk investments like Microsoft, McDonald's, Walmart, etc.
But ya, he spent a huge chunk of his millions on clothes.
It's irritating to think about because I should be riding his coattails and be a millionaire trust fund baby right now, but because he was such a fool...
He was a podiatrist (foot doctor) and probably made around 300 thousand or so a year, and that was in the 80s and 90s...
He was also a spoiled brat only child and while he was rich he convinced his parents that he was poor and robbed them blind too. They saved up a lot of money and after he was down to a couple hundred K he'd pull them into the scams too. He easily dwindled them out of 300 to 400,000 over the course of 5 or so years. They gave him money voluntarily but it was basically a con game he was playing with them. It's pretty disgusting.

Firmly middle class, my dad was a software engineer and my mom was a teacher/librarian.
It was a good upbringing, I'm very happy with it. No complaints. My parents are awesome.

Between both parents they made somewhere in the 70-80K range annually. Granted that was with my Dad working three jobs at a time.
So I guess middle class. My parents were always able to provide my brothers and I with most things we wanted and everything we needed, and for that I am greatful.

Up until about age 10 pretty poor then my family opened a propane business and did very well but sold it about 7 years ago as I wasnt old enough to take over. Like Con's dad my grandparents ( who raised me ) spent the initial payment of $3 million in 5yrs and now live on the remaining payments made to them which is still comfortable.

okay well, it changed a lot throughout my childhood.
Ages 0-2 middle class, Dad worked with my granddad at a family owned mechanic business.
Ages 2-6 very lower class, Dad and Mom divorced, lived with my mom and was pretty much homeless. We'd crash at her friends or families houses. Always moving staying for anywhere from 2 weeks to a couple of months. Sometimes we lived in more rich neighborhoods, but we still had nearly nothing.
Ages 6-8 Middle class, lived with my mom's parents. They were abusive and I was forced to work on a ranch with a small farm all the time. I mean like 10 hour work days in the summer. Otherwise not allowed outside other than school. I was "okay" but generally hated it.
Ages 8-18 Middle class, Lived with my dad's parents and my dad. Did a bunch of cool stuff with my dad, went to mom's every other weekend. I had a general amount of stuff, not too much to brag about but wasn't lower class. Very happy during this period in my life.

my parents were poor when i was born. They were in their early 20's. my mom had the lowest paying job at the phone company, my dad was running a fledgling awning business. Parents divorced. Dad stayed poor, for the most part. (mostly his own fault, i love the guy, but he didn't pay child support for a few years. the state is pretty punitive about that kinda shit, and so is my mom) Mom remarried and gradually become wealthier. We moved to a nice area with very wealthy people and a good school district. Most of my classmates parents had much more money than mine. I took a good amount of teasing in gradeschool for my thrift store clothes, and my hand-me-down bike, etc. but i really wasn't poor at all. by the time i was in highschool, my mother and her husband probably had a combined income of $120,000 or so. I never considered us rich, because of the comparison to the other kids i knew from school, but i never was denied anything those other kids had. (except for a pager. my mom said that only drug dealers need pagers)

Learn to have some perspective, and use your small brain to try to relate to another person's life.
If your dad had it made, with millions in the bank (eventually lost), a million-dollar plaza (lost), a million dollar home (lost), conned his own parents out of $100s of thousands of dollars (cash), you'd probably be a little irritated that he was a fool also.
I know your brain isn't functioning that great, but how does someone that had to beg for $3 to go to McDonald's while his father was a multi-millionaire the making of a welfare queen...This was also decades ago so your prediction has failed miserably.
