Still Air Gloveboxes

Are there any major disadvantages of a still aired glovebox in comparison to a positive pressure or hepa one? Is it ok to just build a clear, airtight box, with gloves, put my stuff in there, close it, spray everything, jars, lysol itself, everything, let evaporate and work? Or is that going to be a problem because the air isnt really sanitized? The air that goes into the glovebox before closing will be pretty clean. The work room is a old walk in closet with a HEPA running in the room, 12-24 hours a day. Would this be good enough? I mean, it will be worked on in the future, but is it good enough for use?

i use a still air GB sprayed out with ISO,i've made syringes,inoculated dozens of jars,done a few G2G transfers and had no problems that could be traced to any work inside the GB.
i've had bacterial contams of grain,which was traced to the grain itself(changed brands)
and cobweb from failing to sterilise casing media(i always PC it now)
still air boxes work fine.

Yup, they are great. I have a possitive pressure GB that needs a new filter, so I haven't used the fan in a while. And I have experienced no increase in contams. I just did 6 petri dishes of PDA with Pleurotus Pulmonarus, and lost 2.
