I would hardly call a class b minor, you could b jailed as well as probation for that.

depending on the charge yes you can be jailed. But the charge i had was nothing violent or ridiculous it was a minor charge that i feel should have been a class c, but according to the law its classified as a B

All I'm saying as convictions go class b is hardly minor. I also said nothing about not showing up. I said the likelyhood of anyone finding out is small.
Say your on paper in California for a class b theft of a 40oz. Or a case o 4ds or whatever other class c felony u plead down to a class b misdemeanor probation bullshit. And part of your probation is you're not allowed to leave your city without asking, do you really think if you get stopped in some hick backwater Kentucky Berg they are going to receive and relay all of that information to the patrol officer who stops you, o that they will relay all the b******* information about your misdemeanor probation along with the valadity of your licensinces? Possible not likely. Do you think that the cops are going to be like oh well hold on I better hold you and get a hold of your probation officer and see what he has to say about this? Don't be unrealistically afraid. It's not helping anyone

Yes that information will show up when they stop you, are they going to hold you to contact your PO not at all. They can chose to contact your PO at their will. As posted before when you get stopped they look up the following: Driving Status, Probation or Parole Status, Caution Indicators and Warrant Status.
Dont be stupid and give bad advice its not helping anyone. saying that its not going to show up is ridiculous. All the systems are linked together how do you think they find out people have warrants in other states when they get stopped.

the point is it all goes into the same system. You cant seem to grasp that simple concept. All your criminal history, warrants, current probation/parole are all in that system which will be pulled up when the cops run your name.

But doesn't it eventually disappear after X amount of years? Or only if you apply for pardon?

It's only going to pull up active probation and warrants. All past stuff will be accounted for in court

That's if you're charged as a minor and then turn 18 you can go to court to request to have your record expunged or sealed or whatever. As far as I know there is no way to have criminal history removed or hidden if the crime was committed as an adult.

U seem to think there is some type of blanket system that works great withthout fail. You keep thinking that. Unless that has changed recently I know for a fact that itdoes not work in this manner

When you have alot to lose, you should account that it would be there. You can't just hope it won't show up or whatever bullshit your saying

Op just pay someone to pick it up for you, or don't do it, it's not worth the risk

I guess your missing my point. The point is is that there is no way of knowing, ands that either way if he is in another state he need not worry about his PO because obviously it's going to be the least of his worries if he gets jammed up.
Also to completely spell it out for those that are having troubles with the compression of my idea's, my advice was to get it shipped closer to home and also I should throw in, don't use a fake name to your grandmas House, she has lived there 60 years and The postman won't deliver a package to Miles O'Toole, unless of course that is your grandfather
