ID help with these boletes
    #21902096 - 07/05/15 05:49 PM (8 years, 6 months ago)

i've been finding boat loads of boletes but a lot of them the slugs and bugs have got to them before i have been able to.

would like these IDed if possible.the ones one top have that burt orange color cap with paleish white tubes..same with ones on the bottom right..the ones underneath have yellow tubes and when cut didn't bruise blue immediately actually at all really..could these possibly be two colored bolete? when cut they do smell very nice earthy with a bit of sweetness to them.

and here are just some i found while out..no need for ID but if you would like to thats cool.

The ones with the dark scabbers might be Leccinum scabrum, the red ones might be Boletus bicolor.

The second one and third ones are Amanita
not sure about the forth but they 5th is a good edible, chicken of the woods (Laetiporus)
6 and 7 might also be Amanita and the last a dried up coral mushroom.

oh i had the chicken for dinner tonight ..well like a quarter of it..im pretty positive those are boletus bicolor, cause of the lack of blueing when touched or cut..this is my first year doing summer foraging, I'm normally early spring and late fall..i have found a lot more tastier mushroom but DAAAmn they come with a price, the mosquitoes are horrible.
