A portrait of George Washington, saved from the burning White House by Dolly Madison.

Which presidents are known to have had extramarital affairs?

I was saying you missed this one.

Who was the first president to travel outside the United States on official business?
Bonus: where did he go?

While he lived or while in office. I know that John Adams was ambassador to England before becoming president. If you mean while in office, then I don't know.

Actually, the site I'm looking at only lists 7. Remember, we're talking about presidents KNOWN to have had extramarital affairs. Not merely accused.

Hint: all but 2 of them are 20th Century presidents.
