I had goat once. Mexicans made it and it was incredibly good, I was actually shocked. It was cooked in a large pot for a birthday.

I have had venison. This is a tricky one. It is usually pretty good but it can be bad. Usually good though, specially in a stew.

I have had rabbit. It is very lean. There is zero fat on rabbits which is why a human cannot actually survive off of rabbit for too long.

I have had bear. It is quite tough, at least the one that I had.

I had frog legs when I was younger. I am by no means a redneck, but I did go frog gigging. It seriously tasted like chicken.

Rattle snake was ok. It was incredibly greasy though. Kind of reminded me of the frog legs.

Elk! Elk can be pretty damn good. It is incredibly healthy for you. I shot my elk at 12. It was like 3 years old and was amazing.(I am not a damn redneck)

I have eaten dove. I was really young. It was cooked up into a rice dinner. It was nothing special but not bad either.

The frog legs I had tasted like sardines. :puke:

My dog has been real picky with her food lately so I started cooking steaks for her. She prefers the bison over elk or ground beef. She's gonna have short beef ribs tonight and some beef liver tomorrow.

Venison cut into strips then battered in egg, milk and flour then fried in s cast iron skillet is the way we always did it here.  Seasoned right after it comes out and served with A-1 its fucking dominant.

Awesome recipe but why ruin good deer with A1?

Because we had LOTS of venison and we'd get high as giraffe pussy then cook up a fucking giant plate or 2 of these and lots of dipping sauces got around.  A-1 just happened to rock and the most IMHO.  I'm a saucey guy! :thisisheavyman:

This guy is so right.  Venison can be downright aweful if overcooked and dry.  Nothing worse than a shitty tough gamey piece of deer steak.

Op I.ve cooked everything on your list but goat just cook it like the animal it most represents. Rabbit is the only tricky one since they have no fat to speak of. But bard a rabbit in bacon and slow cook at around 250 degrees and it should be to die for. :thatsayes:

I don't eat red meat and that buffalo steak smelled so fucking good even without any seasoning. I'm just about ready to try it. I only eat bacon and fish. Might be adding buffalo to my menu.
