Probably the thick one towards the top left, or the tall skinnier one about top center.

that's exactly what I was going to say, I suggest only because this is my plan. to clone the biggest mushroom as possible. get to a point where every fruit is an individual dose, that way you can work on cloning the most potent fruits

do you notice your clones doing better in low FAE conditions than their parents did aero? as if they are adapting?

there are differences, KSSS prefers more air, APE doesn't care <- thats a rhyme there

this is MS I'm planning on cloning from a cluster or the largest fruit and see how it changes, i reckon they adapt fairly quick

Funny, I was just thinking about this the other day. Maybe one could make a low FAE culture or  the opposite for open air fruiting. I don't see why not.

This is why some clones that get traded between members don't do as well as each other I would suspect. Same with edibles. Certainly cultures might do better in your setup than others or vice versa.

oh, I meant more like the clone doing better in the same environment that its parent grew up in.
as in do you expect this clone to do better than the fruit you clone? I'm thinking mostly FAE wise. (need for fae before showing signs of suffering)

dourdon: oh most deff! the possibilities are endless (I hope )
there used to be way more disussion on things like this a cpl yrs ago but I was pretty new here then and dont know if the people talking about it were trustworth or not..

Yeah BL was telling me this is how people should choose which edible culture to grow. Shiitake 75 may not grow as well for you as another shiitake because of your specific conditions. It doesn't mean one or the other is necessarily better per say. So you should experiment with cultures of the same species to find the best one. So I don't see how cubes would be any different.

I mean you are doing this already without knowing it I suspect.

yup, and in this case the genetics that tolerate low FAE will probably blossom and future clones and grow - print - grow should result in a line that doesnt require that much FAE.

its so easy for eddie people, dealing with strains and knowing exactly what they want. cant wait for cubes to be legal :mushroom2:

it's all you bro, like I said, my plan is to get individual dosed fruits. if you go with a cluster I would go with the big one on the right.

I would skip the tall one and clone the two denser clusters myself.
