What would happen if you inoculated a grain jar and after a few days inoculated it again with the same spore syringe?

Giving it an extra chance at contamination taking hold . GO for it but think of it this way the dust alone in the air on your hands that extra possible entryway for bacteria to get in.

You'd get extra spore germination but too late to meaningfully effect the colonization time unless you used a pitiful amount the first time (ie one or two drops.
And as the above said, more chance of contamination, though it's not that great if it's done through an injection port/polyport.
btw, all speculation.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

IF, you didnt get germination the first time or YET... you'd increase the chance of it happening.
if it germinated, you basically do nothing but increase the chance of contamination.

make agar jars, let those germinate, then use THAT to knock up your spawn jars... and it will colonize faster, and you never have to guess again about if they germinated.
the how to is in my sig

cant use agar for now and thank you for your advice. i crack lid to inoculate and i do it inside a sab, sanitizing the jars and the syringe with alchol and flame sterilize the needle. and the usual clean procedures (cloth, shower,etc..) i just inoculated a few jars with atl7. but i think i didnt scrap the spores correctly into the cup. after a few days no germination. so i have made a new syringe and again i think i didnt scrap it correctly. so looks like iam have been inoculating strile water!
