Red dot?! and some fuzzy myc

So I've got two issues....the first cake has a dime sized spot of myc growth, but has this red dot, like a zit staring me in the face. Now, I know I prepped these jars with too much water just to see what too much water looks like, but it was only a quarter more cup over 7 jars. I have no idea and cannot find a similar red dot on the forum. Also since these were too wet its taking much longer, as expected. That single dime size has been there as is for over 2 weeks now, though. I knocked these up 6-8-15

The second jar in question I have is one that has a solid half dollar size myc growth with a faint yellow edge around it, presumably metabolite (myc piss), but all around it and the other innoc. Points is really fuzzy see through myc. I haven't found much evidence on here about cobweb mold inside of brf jars, so wtf? These two jars have pretty much been stalled for at least the last week.

Jars are stored in the dark, unless I'm in there, between 74 and 77 degrees.
Any advice such as, you fucked up n know it so just keep waiting it out, or you're screwed on those two, toss em, anything, would be greatly appreciated.

Some of those pics don't look too promising. Hell I've had jars that look great produce absolutely nothing!
I think you may wanna start a new batch if possible and just be prepared to loose them. I'd prob toss the red one out and the second one looks like its fighting something. Wait and see on a couple of em the bottom ones looked better. Stalling is common when you use normal half pints and not wide mouths.

Thanks. I think I'm gonna cut that red dot off there once I birth it or get sick of waiting on it and just crumble it (and others that I'm sick of waiting on) and case em. I just wanna know what the hell is going on in there.

Half pint reg and wide mouth all stall the same.
Something about brf is that if it ain't growing then it ain't gonna grow. If nothing happens after a month then toss em.
Did you use spores or lc?
The red dot is probably some sort of mold or bacteria that the mycelium has put to a standpoint.
