The Green party is there specifically to make a political statement. I have taken the most honest position I can in the matter. I don't know 100% what I will do, and as I said, neither do you.

Democrats are certainly favorable to Republicans, generally speaking, yes.

Will you vote third party and do the country a favor? No, you will weaken when they say the gop is evil and tell you to vote the straight ticket. You will sheepishly do as you are told. I do mean sheep-ishly. Thereby perpetuating the duopoly.

Hillary is more evil than some members of the GOP. Depending on who's on the ballot, I might be swayed to vote Republican, but I don't see anyone worth voting for. I could go with the 'green party', but I don't know anything about their candidate. I do think I would take Rand Paul over Hillary, as strange as that sounds. I think they would be almost equally terrible, but at least Rand Paul isn't a warhawk.

Don't tell me what I would or wouldn't do.

Alright.

Tell me why Hilary is so evil.

What is she proposing that makes her evil?

Hillary expresses sentiment for a lot of Liberal values. She's not proposing a single thing. Bernie proposes things, Hillary appeals to ignorant voters. Watch how she dodges the questions about her tax policy. This is fundamental stuff, not some abstract question. Hillary has proven herself to be a liar, and she is among the slimiest of politicians. Even people who say they will vote for her don't believe she has any integrity. Look at her poll data on questions like 'trustworthiness'.

I like Ron and Rand Paul because they are men of ideals, if nothing more. They at least have some level of integrity. Their philosophy is not one I support, but a little honesty would be refreshing.

Yeah, those damn Democrats, always voting Democrat! God, what's wrong with them. At least Republicans always vote Republican.

You must be quite arrogant to cast aside my stated position and substitute your own for me.

If Bernie were running as an Independent, which he has done for years, I would vote for him.

The way our electoral system works, in many states, the outcome is pre-determined in terms of which way all the electoral votes will go for President.  My state will vote for the democrat.  Period.  End of discussion.  It makes no difference which way I vote.  I think that sucks.

I'd like to see the electoral college GONE and every vote count the same no matter what state you're from.

Bernie Sanders' platform:
1) stay up as late as you want
2) eat ice cream for breakfast
3) allow jumping on beds
4) juice boxes for everyone

At 26 minutes in is the scene I'm speaking of...

I wish I could just section out the Clip where they are getting the election results in and Thompson finds out he lost,

...and taking off his wig with a beer in hand still wearing the American flag like cape he says: "unfortunately I have proven what I had set out to, that the American dream really is FUCKED.

At 26 minutes 30 seconds actually...

...I couldn't agree more Hunter, specially now....

Juice boxes don't even taste good with ice cream.

Guess I'm voting for the establishment candidate.

the point was that he is basically promising candy to children, and the children are getting excited and jumping around, even though ultimately candy really isn't the best thing for the children...

No. I got the (ironically) childish comment about children, hence the childish response.

In other words, just like the current occupant and previous presidents.

Oh god that is the biggest piece of bullshit ever. Can you give me a good reason as to why I should support any of these people? These elections are like a sick joke. The fact that Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush are even being considered by anyone seriously blows my mind. How the fuck do people not see right through this?

Trump is a clown and a bully with no chance of anything political in his lifetime, but that's just my opinion. I dropped the Republican party after GWB and never looked back. Both parties are owned by the corporate elite and are destroying not only the US but every relationship with the rest of the world.

Trump has no shot and his mistake was to single out Mexicans but he was right about the illegals.  He isn't a politician but that isn't why I will never vote for him.  He is a serial bankrupt who has ripped off more people than Madoff.  He lost money owning a casino, for fuck's sake.  He is a charlatan and makes his living being a buffoon.

Better than doing it for free, zappa.

I think we all wish we were in his shoes. Then again, it would be better to have his money than his shoes.
