Are my jars colonized?

Hello Shroomery, I posted here a couple days ago with some questions about my cakes and those questions still remain.
My first question is, what's going on with this cake? I inoculated coming up on 6 weeks ago now and this is the only jar out of my 6 that isn't at least 90% colonized. It appears as though the mycellium only grew to one side of the BRF/VERM and is refusing the other side, I tried shaking, I even tried flipping the cake and waiting days no luck still. I'm wondering if I should take it out and begin fruiting it, I realize it wont produce as much but would it be effective as to just throwing the jar out?

My second question is, is how colonized is this cake? Is this 100% colonization? I've seen others cakes appear whiter than mine, mine appears to have salt grain sized rye specs all over the cake that are still visible as I said above I'm going on 6 weeks into inoculation and the cakes haven't made progress in the last few days because well to me it doesn't seem like there's any progress to be made? This is how my last 5 cakes look, and have looked for the past week do you think I should take this last week as the consolidation period and begin birthing and fruiting?

Other info: P. Cubensis B+ Tall 1-pint sized jar(s) Room Temp: 80F Lighting: Minimal

The uncolonized jar looks as if it is battling contamination as to why it won't fully colonize. You can try an clean the uncolonized cake off an attempt to fruit. you don't want to introduce contams to your Fruiting Chamber. make a special Fruiting Chamber away from your grow for contamed cakes only.
The little specs on the other cakes is the dry verm that has fallen from the top in-between the gap in the cake an the jar wall. It is OK. The dry verm was put there for a contamination barrier or filter.
If a jar has turned completely white 100% and has been sitting for a week after then it is OK to begin the birth process of a dunk and roll.
It is important to not forget to smell the cakes as you birth them. If there is any unpleasant smell I would toss em or make a special Fruiting Chamber away from everything for contamed cakes.
Good luck

So they'd all be okay to fruit now, just make sure to put any that may be possibly contam'd into another SGFC? Can I use faucet water for the dunk, roll, and misting?

Ya I'd keep contams away from good cakes.
Faucet water will work perfectly for dunk an misting.

I birthed 4 out of 6 of my cakes, the four that I birthed when removed from the jars came out as one solid clump but it still wasn't completely white around the outside, I'm assuming it's okay though I'm currently doing a 24 hour dunk on them.

The jars look white to me. I usually like my brf to invitro pin before I fruit em.
