Making the most of my spore syringes

Hello all, I'm having a battle in my brain on how to make the most of my spore syringes.....
Option a: create liquid cultures
I like this because it multiplies the syringes exponentially. But, hidden contains scare the shit outta me
Option b: clone a couple to a lc or agar (which is a whole debate in itself) don't know if I should clone to agar then the lc, or to grain or make more syringes. Or straight to lc lol.
Then there's option c:g2g. 1:10 ratio kind of speaks for itself.
The end result I'm going for is multiplying my syringes but be able to store whatever media I finally go with for 6-8 months while I'm working....
Another question I have is after say, the second flush, of a brf cake can I put the cake in a plastic bag sealed up and put in the fridge for a month or longer and then rehydrate later?
I'll be posting my first grow log soon and can't wait for the pointers from it.
Thanks

Begin to work with agar then you will only need one drop for a plate.
Take prints from your grows. You will be self sufficient in no time.
Edit: I don't think you will have good results saving a cake in the fridge for a month after its first flush or any time for that matter.

Putting cake in the fridge didn't work for me. I put it there for like 2 weeks, but after that I barely got anything out of it. I have no detailed explanation why, sorry.

Agar seems to be the way to go. You can also do water suspension transfers if you want to expand mycelium from a fully colonized jar. With good sterile technique and silicone ports you can do water suspension transfers without a flow hood or SAB. I would still use a SAB to be safe though.

This. I've also taken syringes from vendors and shot them into a jar of sterile water (don't forget the filter) to stretch them out.

Thanks all for the input, how long can I store an agar plate for, im guessing I'll have to transfer it out a few times til I get a fully colonized, non contaminated plate.
But, how do I seal those dishes when I want to store them? I assume the fridge is OK,
Alright, so it'll be clones and spore drops onto agar, transfer em out til sterile full plate. Then takes wedges go make LCs when I'm ready to start growing again.
I love this website, so much damn info...

Or am I over thinking the storage of the agar after I get a fully colonized plate. Does it need to be sealed, even?
